How it works

Step 1Every day at 10 AM (or when you press test), the workflow opens the Customers tab of your Google Sheet.

Step 2It picks customers marked Pending for this campaign, and skips anyone who unsubscribed or has an invalid email.

Step 3Each customer gets your email from your own Gmail, starting with their first name.

Step 4It waits a random 20–60 seconds between emails and stops at your daily limit, so your Gmail stays in good standing.

Step 5The sheet updates itself: Sent with the date and count, or Failed with the reason.

Step 6Every email has an Unsubscribe link. One click marks the customer Unsubscribed, and they’re never emailed again.
