How it works
- 1Step 1A patient messages your hospital’s Telegram bot, for example “I need a skin doctor tomorrow”.
- 2Step 2The AI receptionist shows the specialties and doctors, then offers only the time slots that are really free.
- 3Step 3It asks one thing at a time (name, then phone number) and waits for a clear “yes” before booking anything.
- 4Step 4The booking is saved in Google Sheets: the slot turns BOOKED and the appointment and patient are recorded.
- 5Step 5Patients can ask to see, cancel or reschedule their appointments in the same chat.
- 6Step 6If anything goes wrong, the patient still gets a polite reply and nothing is changed.
